Star Dragon-for Eltharion

This is my part of art tradey with Eltharion, I drew a dragon/person.She be a dragon that creates stars. This is about as close to anthros that I get. I wanted to add a background, but *sob* i have no idea how to do that on the computer. Anyway, hope you like it Eltharion!
